We do not bill by the hour or send open-ended invoices. After a 30-minute discovery call, you receive a written quote with a fixed price, a clear timeline, and the exact deliverables.
Quotes are valid for 14 days (BR-QT-02). Once accepted, the price on the proposal is the exact price you pay.

What is not included
- New features or changes outside the written scope: priced as a change request at the day rate (₦120,000 / $200)
- Third-party costs: software licences, hosting, AI usage, phone numbers
- Data clean-up beyond what discovery found
- Support after the 30-day warranty, unless you choose a monthly retainer
- Rush delivery in less than half the normal time (+25%)

When you pay the final invoice, 100% of the deliverables become yours: source code, data models, prompt templates, and infrastructure access (BR-IN-19). We do not lock you into proprietary hosting.
Free defect remediation window
Any bugs, unexpected edge cases, or broken connectors identified within 30 days of delivery are remediated at zero charge (BR-PJ-08).
